Meet You At Lausanne

If you are attending the Lausanne Congress on World Evangelization you are invited to a get-together over lunch. Anyone interested in the networking with other missionary trainers, is encouraged to join us for lunch on Friday, October 22, 2010. We will meet at the World Evangelical Alliance display booth and go to lunch from there. Please spread the word!

TheIMTN.org Received a Facelift

Along with a facelift comes a new commitment to multilingual networking and resources for missionary training. This new web platform will allow IMTN users direct access to the Evangelical Training Directory and the World Directory of Missionary Training, as well as integrated links to online courses.

Please note: the user list could not be carried over to the new platform. You will need to create a new user account.

Some time ago the International Missionary Training Netork teamed up with the Evangelical Training Directory to establish the World Directory of Missionary Training. This is now available to IMTN users directly from TheIMTN.org and read About the WDMT.

Register Your Training Program

The IMTN invites missionary training programs to register with the World Directory of Missionary Training. The following conditions apply:

1. Shorter term programs (one year or less) must be dedicated missionary training programs (not principally discipleship or biblical studies courses).
2. Longer term programs (over one year) must offer a major or a minor in missiological training/studies.
3. All registrants must comply with the terms and conditions (external link) stipulated by the Evangelical Training Database (external link).
4. All training providers will be validated prior to listing.

It is our desire to serve the missionary training community and to help potential candidates find dedicated and contextual missionary training. Inquiries and input are welcome.
